VENDOR AGREES: (PLEASE READ NEW TERMS) 2025 - Any Vendor who Is looking to bring their own tables or rolling display carts be advised that your space will be paid for as tables. Please Email us [email protected] to require information about your specific request so we can get your space details figured out and get you your pricing outline reviewed for payment.
- Vendor’s payment for Train Show tables must be paid with signed Registration Application
- Table Location assignments will be made based on most efficient use of available floor space. Prior location and order in which payments are received will be factored in to floor assignments.
- Vendor registration will close at midnight January 1st or at sell out.
- No refunds will be given for ‘no-shows’
- Vendors are to be set up by 8:00 am on Saturday, January 4th and remain set up throughout the Train Show’s hours of operation.
- Vendors will not tack or tape banners or advertising to the walls and floors (If used on tables please remove before you leave)
- Vendors will monitor audio levels of recorded materials so that they are not distracting to dealers or patrons.
- Vendors will not assign or sublet, any or all, sections of allocated space. Each vendor must register for themselves.
- Vendors will not tear down and pack until show closing. Vendors agree to be packed and loaded out of facility no later than 8:00pm on Sunday. No exceptions please.
The Vendor agrees with the terms for participation and expressly releases Charleston Area Model Railroad Club from any and all responsibility for injury, loss or damage to their property. Submission of Registration with Completed Payment constitutes full vendor acceptance of all terms.
